About The Position

The Recruitment & Onboarding Manager will be responsible for effectively representing Luminis Health’s values, culture, and opportunities for potential providers and external partners in recruiting efforts. Additionally, this role will focus on working closely with executive leadership to understand needs, building a candidate pipeline to meet patient care needs, leading the organization in hiring top talent, and ensuring an exceptional onboarding process. The ideal candidate is focused, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills. The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager will be expected to provide strategic leadership and oversight for provider recruitment and onboarding across LHCE. Partnering with executive leadership to align recruitment strategy with organizational growth, access, and patient care goals. This role operates a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of LHCE’s culture, core values, and fundamentals.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of recruitment experience required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of leadership/supervisory experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment for a multi-site health system is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and mentors the recruiting and onboarding team, with accountability for performance, quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
  • Provides oversight to strategic direction for the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Works in partnership with leadership to support workforce and patient access needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders to understand hiring requirements, develop and update job descriptions, meet hiring needs, provide regular updates, and report on outcomes.
  • Execute and partner with the Operations Leadership in deploying the established recruiting strategy through networking, careers fairs, social media channels, and the use of resume databases.
  • Leverage data analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Lead all process improvement efforts in the hiring process including, screening and evaluating candidates, communication, interviews and assessments, and selection.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system to ensure a robust candidate pool for openings and coordinating placement of candidates across campus and central roles.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Develops and executes recruitment and onboarding strategies that support organizational growth, provider retention, and patient access across a multi-site health system.
  • Maintain accountability for departmental purchasing cards by reviewing transactions, ensuring timely reconciliation, validating receipts and business justification, and confirming compliance with organizational purchasing and expense policies.
  • Monitor departmental operating budgets, expenses, and financial performance; identify and address budget variances; and partner with leadership and Finance to maintain spending within approved targets.
  • Demonstrate responsible stewardship of organizational resources by identifying cost-saving opportunities, monitoring spending trends, ensuring appropriate financial controls, and proactively escalating financial risks or concerns.
