Receptionist & Switchboard, Managed Services. Courteously meet and welcome customers and members of the public. Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls. Assist visitors with visitor badge issuance. Manage and maintain meeting room schedules. Stock beverages for meetings. Assist with room set up including audio/visual equipment. Review and update the internal telephone directory. Monitor and ensure the reception and meeting area is kept tidy and presents a professional, business‑like image. Receive and sort mail/couriers. Process outgoing mail/couriers. Perform general administrative support tasks.
