About The Position

Receptionist & Switchboard, Managed Services. Courteously meet and welcome customers and members of the public. Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls. Assist visitors with issuing and managing visitor badges. Maintain and coordinate meeting room schedules. Review and update the internal telephone directory. Monitor and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional. Perform general administrative support tasks. Cross-train and provide support across other service areas. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a reception or switchboard role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to drive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to regularly lift and push objects up to 30 lbs
