Requirements

• One (1) year experience in a telecommunications environment
• Grade 12
• Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Communication skills
• Intermediate - Computer skills
• Basic - Keyboarding skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Basic medical terminology, where required by the job
