Cedar Brook Properties is seeking a skilled Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join their dynamic team in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role is for a self-motivated, goal-oriented salesperson with a client service mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-transaction-volume environment. Cedar Brook Properties is a large buyer of homes for renovation and resale nationwide, revitalizing existing residential properties to provide affordable, renovated homes for new homeowners. The Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager will be the primary point of contact within the market for all real estate acquisition activities, converting advertising into buying single-family homes in any condition, as-is, for cash from motivated sellers, while providing fast and friendly service. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with clear goals and performance incentives, supported by extensive training, innovative resources, and tools. The role provides leadership through individual production and team mentorship, driving portfolio growth, shaping acquisition strategy, and coaching the acquisitions team to deliver sustained revenue and margin performance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience successfully working with homeowners and industry professionals to source, underwrite, and acquire single-family residential real estate. The position combines analytical expertise, relationship management, and strategic oversight to support growth and profitability, with a successful history of exceeding goals and acquiring profitable projects at scale. This is a hybrid role requiring a home office, the ability to drive clients’ homes, and occasional travel for company meetings.
