About The Position

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is a seasoned functional tester responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our web-based judicial case management system. In this role, your primary focus will be deep functional analysis: reviewing business requirements, designing comprehensive test cases, executing detailed test cycles, and providing clear, actionable defect reporting. While this position is rooted in functional expertise, experience with automation, particularly Selenium WebDriver, is a strong plus. You will have the opportunity to contribute to and expand an existing automation regression suite using C#, helping accelerate regression testing and enhance overall test coverage. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives on understanding complex workflows, driving quality through meticulous functional testing, and leveraging automation skills to strengthen our long-term testing strategy.

Requirements

Advanced Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, ADA Testing (WCAG), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
UI Testing and Automated Testing strategies.
Web Service testing (SOAP/REST/JSON).
Agile development lifecycle (Scrum/Agile).
Hands-on Functional Testing/ Black Box Testing
Advanced test case design, requirements traceability matrices, and translating complex business rules into structured test scenarios.
Building and maintaining POM-based automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, and C#/Java is a huge plus
Writing SQL queries for data verification and back-end testing.
Azure DevOps, GitHub, using Visual Studio 2022 or above.
Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of the organization.
Work efficiently with minimal supervision as a highly motivated self-starter.
Create comprehensive test plans and articulate successful measures for evaluating software.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automation, particularly Selenium WebDriver, is a strong plus.
Contribute to and expand an existing automation regression suite using C#.

Responsibilities

AI-Driven Testing: Leverage AI utilities, including GitHub Copilot, Modern Requirements, and Copilot for DevOps, to accelerate the development of test scenarios, test case documentation, and automated script execution.
Test Design: Translate complex business and functional requirements into highly structured, reusable test cases in Azure DevOps, maintaining a rigorous regression suite.
Automation Engineering: Utilize Selenium WebDriver to create, execute, and maintain smoke and regression tests.
Defect & Data Tracking: Articulate defects with concise, technical steps enabling development teams to rapidly reproduce a condition.
Automated Test Report Analysis: Interpret daily automated test reports to isolate application defects versus script maintenance issues.
Collaboration: Partner with developers, fellow testers, and business stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage (positive/negative, cross-browser, integration) and meet strict sprint deadlines.
