About The Position

M3 USA is seeking a Senior Qualitative Project Manager for M3 Global Research, a company focused on providing comprehensive market research recruitment and support services worldwide. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple domestic and international qualitative research studies, ensuring successful project completion on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. The Senior Project Manager will work within a team of project managers, reporting to the Director of Operations, and will also manage quantitative projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Research.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in quantitative project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage qualitative projects through their entire lifecycle, including managing clients, partners, and healthcare professional samples.
  • Complete project management of quantitative projects as needed.
  • Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirmation of respondents for various qualitative methodologies (TDIs, focus groups, IDIs, online interviews), ensuring they meet client requirements.
  • Act quickly to replace no-show respondents, follow up with late respondents, and send last-minute materials.
  • Set up and test surveys/screeners, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and handle project closing, auditing, and invoicing in a technology-based system.
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to clients.
  • Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and address issues while projects are in progress.
  • Partner with sales and operations staff to resolve issues and recommend improvements for research studies.
  • Manage and leverage relationships with domestic and international vendors for timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team.
