About The Position

M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., is seeking a Senior Qualitative Project Manager to manage multiple domestic and international qualitative research studies. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project management, from client and partner management to respondent recruitment and scheduling, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The position operates within a team structure reporting to the Director of Operations and may also involve quantitative project management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Research.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Quick learner of new technologies/software.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in quantitative project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle, including managing clients, partners, and healthcare professional sample.
  • Complete project management of quantitative projects as needed.
  • Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming of respondents for various qualitative methodologies (TDIs, focus groups, IDIs, online qual interviews, etc.), ensuring respondents meet client requirements.
  • Act quickly to replace no-shows, follow up with late respondents, and send last-minute materials.
  • Set up and test surveys/screeners, monitor statistics, manage respondent honoraria, and handle project closing, auditing, and invoicing in a technology-based system.
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to clients.
  • Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and issues while in the field, partnering with sales and operations to address them.
  • Manage and leverage relationships with domestic and international vendors for timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team.
