About The Position

The Senior QA Verifier operates as a senior-level independent quality control authority within the Sales and QA ecosystem. This role leads the verification of lead qualification decisions, owns the identification of systemic quality gaps, and upholds the standards that keep our pipeline accurate and our operations consistent.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a QA verification, audit, or quality control role, preferably within a sales or lead generation environment.
  • Deep understanding of lead qualification frameworks, B2B sales processes, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to identify inconsistencies across large and complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in trend analysis, root cause identification, and gap reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain objectivity, and deliver unbiased, evidence-backed findings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report generation, stakeholder presentations, and feedback delivery.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA team members in a structured verification environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and independently execute comprehensive audits of lead qualification decisions across NI, NQL, and on-hold lead categories.
  • Conduct complex, multi-segment verification audits to assess accuracy, compliance, and process consistency at scale.
  • Detect qualification errors, misclassifications, and deviations from established QA standards with a high degree of precision.
  • Prioritize and execute targeted audits based on flagged segments, performance trends, escalated cases, or leadership directives.
  • Own the production of weekly audit insight reports covering findings, error rates, and emerging quality trends.
  • Maintain comprehensive trend reporting and gap analysis documentation to track team and process performance over time.
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to QA leadership with actionable next steps for process improvement.
  • Ensure all audit records are accurately maintained, version-controlled, and accessible for cross-functional review.
  • Diagnose recurring quality gaps and root causes across lead qualification and verification workflows.
  • Lead the development and implementation of corrective action plans to reduce verification inconsistencies and improve accuracy.
  • Drive the refinement of QA standards, verification criteria, and qualification guidelines in collaboration with QA leadership.
  • Track the impact of implemented changes and report measurable improvement outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior QA Verifiers through structured feedback, calibration sessions, and performance coaching.
  • Communicate audit findings to team leads and relevant stakeholders in a clear, constructive, and actionable format.
  • Lead the development of training materials, playbooks, and calibration frameworks based on identified verification gaps.
  • Serve as the go-to authority for qualification standards, verification expectations, and process clarifications across teams.
