About The Position

The QA Verifier operates as an independent quality control function within the Sales and QA ecosystem. This role is responsible for auditing lead qualification decisions, identifying gaps in QA processes, and driving the standards that keep our pipeline clean and our operations consistent. You will conduct structured audits across NI, NQL, and on-hold lead segments, generate insight-driven reports, and deliver recommendations that directly improve how our SDR and QA teams perform. This is not a passive review role. The QA Verifier is expected to challenge inconsistencies, surface trends, and actively contribute to raising the quality bar across the organization.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a QA, audit, or quality verification role, preferably within a sales or lead generation environment.
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks and B2B sales processes.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across large data sets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in trend analysis and gap reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain objectivity, and deliver findings without bias.
  • Strong written communication skills for report generation and feedback delivery.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for audit tracking and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently audit lead qualification decisions across NI, NQL, and on-hold lead categories.
  • Conduct deep-dive audits on assigned segments to assess accuracy, compliance, and process consistency.
  • Identify qualification errors, misclassifications, and deviations from established QA standards.
  • Perform targeted audits based on flagged segments, team performance trends, or escalated cases.
  • Generate weekly audit insight reports covering findings, error rates, and emerging quality trends.
  • Maintain audit trend reporting and gap analysis documentation to track performance over time.
  • Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to QA leadership for process improvement.
  • Ensure all audit records are accurately maintained and accessible for review.
  • Identify recurring quality gaps and root causes across lead qualification workflows.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of corrective actions to reduce audit inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of QA standards, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes and report on improvement outcomes.
  • Support SDR and QA training through a structured feedback and coaching process.
  • Share audit findings with relevant team leads in a constructive and actionable format.
  • Assist in developing training materials or calibration sessions based on identified gaps.
  • Act as a resource for clarifying qualification standards and QA expectations.
