Requirements

  • 8+ years of QA experience
  • Strong experience in Robot Framework
  • Expertise in test automation and test planning
  • Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
  • Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Good understanding of Git and version control workflows
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
  • Exposure to performance or load testing
  • Experience with onshore/offshore teams
  • Knowledge of complex enterprise applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead test planning, test strategy, and overall QA activities.
  • Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Work with Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium for automation.
  • Manage functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Coordinate defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Mentor QA team members and promote automation best practices.
