SENIOR QA LEAD

Requirements
- 8+ years of QA experience
- Strong experience in Robot Framework
- Expertise in test automation and test planning
- Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
- Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Good understanding of Git and version control workflows
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
- Exposure to performance or load testing
- Experience with onshore/offshore teams
- Knowledge of complex enterprise applications
Responsibilities
- Lead test planning, test strategy, and overall QA activities.
- Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Work with Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium for automation.
- Manage functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Mentor QA team members and promote automation best practices.
