About The Position

Millennium Systems International (MSI), the maker of Meevo, provides business management software for the beauty and wellness industry. The company is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to apply deep QA expertise and AI-powered tools to improve how software is tested, validated, and shipped. This remote role partners with engineering, product, and data teams to incorporate AI-assisted practices into QA workflows throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including test design, defect triage, risk analysis, and test automation. Candidates must reside in the United States. MSI participates in E-Verify. The analyst will define and execute AI-augmented test strategies, build and maintain scalable automation frameworks, evaluate emerging QA tools, and help integrate reliable automated checks into CI/CD pipelines. The role also mentors QA team members, promotes responsible AI use, and works with teams to embed quality earlier in development. The position calls for professional software QA or Quality Engineering experience, programming ability, automation and API testing experience, and hands-on use of AI/LLM-powered tools. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required. MSI describes its workplace values as Innovation, Disruption, Empowerment, Inspire Creativity, and Integrity. The company offers PTO and holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with a stated match, and learning and development opportunities.

  • Understanding of AI for test data generation, synthetic data creation, and edge-case discovery.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and dependable approach, including independently driving initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute AI-augmented test strategies across functional, integration, and automation testing layers.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate test case design, automation script generation, defect root-cause analysis, and test documentation.
