Responsibilities include workload planning and prioritization of marketing and business development support personnel in conducting research and intelligence gathering for potential pursuits; development of strategy for proposals and interviews; as well as writing and producing statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations. The optimal candidate will have superior management and organizational skills, effectiveness in collaborating with business development leadership, technical experts, and federal contracts management personnel as well as knowledge and experience with capture and management of major indefinite quantity / indefinite delivery contracts. Additional skills of importance include data management, excellent writing capabilities, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to structure complex information and content into effective storytelling, regardless of the medium. The position requires team collaboration, hands on attention to details, creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high quality work products in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
