About The Position
ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country. The Proposal team contributes to ION Solar by designing proposals for residential solar opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Nice To Haves
- Solar experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Read utility bills and enter them into our custom proposal tool.
- Create detailed designs using Aurora that accurately depict the solar production potential of a home.
- Work directly with our sales team to tailor proposals to the needs of the customer.
- Work efficiently to fulfill all requested proposals.
- Be comfortable on the phone or communicating via SMS receiving and fulfilling requests from the sales team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
