This position is responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity challenges, and delivering reliable on-site support for both new and existing systems. In this role, the engineer provides advanced technical support by efficiently managing and resolving ServiceNow tickets, continuously improving operational processes, and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation. They serve as a key point of contact for field support, overseeing system hardware, software, PCs, and IP networking infrastructure at assigned locations. Additionally, the Senior Engineer supports special projects and on-site events, proactively ensuring that all technology systems operate smoothly and without disruption. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
