About The Position

Trissential is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Project Manager who will lead cross-functional delivery of complex IT and business initiatives. This role requires a natural facilitator who excels at bringing people together, keeping projects on track, and ensuring predictable outcomes. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving alignment, clarity, and execution across these initiatives, making a meaningful impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within IT or cross-functional environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to manage project scope, scheduling, and delivery outcomes
• Experience with budget tracking, financial forecasting, and resource coordination
• Solid vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with voice-enabled customer interaction platforms or similar technologies
• Background in financial processing systems, invoicing, or other revenue-impacting initiatives
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Experience managing multi-team or enterprise-level initiatives
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget
• Define and manage project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery roadmaps
• Own project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance management
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet delivery commitments
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and executive status reviews to drive decision-making
• Act as the key connector between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
• Proactively escalate risks impacting scope, delivery, or financial targets
• Deliver clear, concise reporting and ensure all actions, decisions, and next steps are documented
• Maintain alignment with project governance standards and drive accountability across teams
