About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to partner with the CIO and IT leadership team to deliver enterprise IT initiatives. This role will lead and coordinate complex efforts across internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners, ensuring strong execution and alignment with business priorities. This is a highly visible, executive-facing role requiring strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments
  • Experience supporting senior executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools relevant to modern law firms, including Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, and similar platforms
  • Exposure to a mix of: Technology delivery (applications, platforms, integrations), IT operating model or process improvement initiatives, Data, analytics, or AI-related programs

  • Experience in law firm or professional services environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of enterprise IT initiatives, including technology implementations, transformation efforts, and strategic programs
  • Lead end-to-end project management of AI initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Drive coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and execution discipline
  • Partner with the CIO and IT leadership on key initiatives and priorities
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across IT and business teams
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and updates
  • Translate complex topics into clear, concise business communications
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and delivery partners
  • Ensure vendor deliverables align with program objectives, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate across internal and external teams to drive accountability and execution
  • Project manage the firm-wide rollout of enterprise AI tools, including change management, training coordination, stakeholder communication, and adoption tracking
  • Support the development and enforcement of AI usage policies, governance frameworks, and best practices across project teams
  • Partner with IT, operations, and business units to ensure successful integration of AI tools and capabilities into existing workflows
  • Drive structured execution across initiatives, including: Planning and requirements activities, Working sessions and stakeholder workshops, Issue and risk management, Delivery and/or assessment activities (as applicable)
  • Ensure alignment across related initiatives, dependencies, and priorities

Benefits

  • The anticipated base salary range offered for this role will be between $125,000 to $160,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base compensation range. Actual base compensation will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location, as well as the needs of the firm.
