The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects concurrently (typically 3–5 initiatives) while ensuring strong coordination, communication, and execution across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Security, Sales, and Operations/IT. This role requires a highly experienced professional who can operate with a high degree of autonomy, effectively manage competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion. This individual will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, and will support initiatives with visibility to the CTO and executive team. The Senior Project Manager is expected to proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across teams to meet key business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing dependencies, risks, and issues, and facilitating regular status updates and stakeholder communications. The role also requires a strong understanding of internal processes supporting product launches, ensuring all required activities are completed on time. Additional responsibilities may include project financial tracking and reporting to senior management.
