Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Five years of experience Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) methodologies.
  • Three years of experience with project management scheduling software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Planview Enterprise One.
  • Three years of experience with configuration management and change control methodologies.
  • Three years of experience working with hardware and software (Agile and Waterfall) development methodologies and conducting incremental release planning.
  • Two years of experience leveraging knowledge of manufacturing requirements to launch new products.
  • Two years of experience performing strategic planning and analysis of business activities.
  • Two years of experience performing process analysis and implementing improvement.
  • Two years of project management experience.
  • Experience may be gained concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate activities of team projects to produce deliverables agreed upon with executive and/or functional management.
  • Manage project(s) and execute activities around boundaries of scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Develop and implement procedures and processes to develop new products and/or services.
  • Report project statuses to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage external, internal, and capital project costs.
  • Utilize agile and stage-gate methodology for project, including applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
  • Conduct budgetary and resource capacity planning for current and planned projects.
  • Participate in organizational focus groups.
