About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage onsite rollout and deployment initiatives in Miami, FL. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong project management expertise and a proven track record of delivering complex implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless deployment and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management, particularly in rollout, implementation, or deployment-focused projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, including Business Analysts or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating UAT, deployment, and training activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing onsite projects in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end rollout and deployment activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 5 Business Analysts (BAs) responsible for deployment execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track deployment schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment, transparent communication, and successful execution of deployment plans.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication across business, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Oversee UAT planning and execution, ensuring readiness for successful go-live.
  • Support and supervise training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and user readiness post-deployment.
