Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as substantive experience with Communication network hardware, software applications, operating systems , and network connectivity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects exceeding total value of $30M+ simultaneously with successful outcome of all deliverables.
  • Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment , both as part of a dynamic team and independently with customers at multiple echelons.
  • Demonstrated experience with DoD Architecture’s and associated compliance.
  • Experience generating and present ing Executive Level b riefings
  • Ability to perform comprehensive studies in short order to inform strategic decisions
  • Active TS/SCI clearance .
  • BA or BS with 1 5 years of experi ence .
  • Experience briefing senior leadership /C-Suite members.
  • Knowledge of analytic research, valuation , and forecasting techniques .

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) .
  • Demonstrated Strong Business Acumen or MBA.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army and/or Joint-Service design methodology .
  • Experience developing warfighting concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cost, schedule and performance across a Portfolio of Projects working with tech leads, Industry, Academia and Government Stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen to inform investment, co-investment, and acquisition decisions.
  • Represent the customer with , Critical Enablers, Innovation Hubs within the DoD , the Intelligence Community ( IC ) , Requirements Developers, End Users and Key S takeholders.
  • Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the operationalization of the analytical outputs.
  • Responsible for developing, integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating technical solutions and operational demonstrations across multiple stakeholders .
  • In concert with customer guidance and team input generate measurable objectives that drive key results .
  • Recommend and coordinate efforts to enable prototyping, experimentation, and demonstration objectives .
  • Create high-quality artifacts that will include, decision briefs, cost benefit analysis, technical roadmap, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead key initiatives involving technical integration for operational impact.
  • Serve on review board s evaluating emerging technology with an understanding of how to operationalize and effectively employ those technologies.
  • Support the design, implementation, and testing of Future Warfighting Concepts
  • Support the Customer and Branch Chief coordinating actions and planning across the broader team.
  • Review the preparation of applicable capability needs and requirements documentation for resolution of requirements issues.
  • Generate and supply analytical content and findings in various presentation formats .
