About The Position

The Senior Project Manager is an experienced individual contributor responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing and fundraising projects — from intake through delivery — ensuring all assigned work is delivered on-quality, on-time, and on-budget. This role manages a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects ranging from straightforward single-deliverable requests to complex, multi-deliverable projects, and partners closely with Marketing Strategists and Program Management to keep work moving through established workflows. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for building and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking project budgets, coordinating resource needs and managing vendor deliverables when external support is required. This role enforces operational discipline by ensuring projects follow established workflows, routing flows, and quality standards, and contributes to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts. This is a hands-on execution role — the Senior Project Manager drives work forward by keeping cross-functional teams aligned, proactively surfacing risks and blockers, and ensuring the day-to-day momentum that moves projects from kickoff to completion. Based upon department needs, the Senior Project Manager may assume responsibilities associated with other roles to ensure continuity of delivery.
