About The Position

The Senior Project Manager guides the end-to-end execution of high-impact mechanical construction projects. The role leads and develops Project Managers, oversees project financials, and aligns business objectives with project outcomes. As a key leader, the Senior Project Manager drives cross-functional collaboration, manages resources at scale, and ensures consistent, high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing individual mechanical construction projects exceeding $5 million and portfolios greater than $15 million.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with labor unions and continuously enhance management relations and operational efficiencies.
• High degree of integrity and enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in professional, charitable, and community organizations.
• Strong work ethic with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
