About The Position

A full-service commercial mechanical construction contractor with more than 50 years of experience is hiring a Project Manager. The company provides HVAC, sheet metal, pipe and plumbing systems, design, and site utilities services, supporting projects from bidding through on-time completion. The role requires prior commercial mechanical construction experience, specifically with HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar engineering or construction discipline; trade experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
• Prior commercial mechanical construction experience, specifically with HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes.
