About The Position
Hiring a Senior Project Manager, responsible for guiding the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects. You will lead and develop Project Managers, oversee project financials, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes. Serving as a key leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage resources at scale, and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing individual mechanical construction projects exceeding $5MM
- Prior experience managing portfolios greater than $15MM
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with labor unions
- Demonstrated ability to continuously enhance management relations and operational efficiencies
- High degree of integrity
- Enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in professional, charitable, and community organizations
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
