Senior Project Manager (10+ Years)
About The Position
Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our Mechanical Engineering department in Seattle. This role will provide project management services to multi-discipline teams across multiple time zones, managing teams and coordinating internal and external communication for the development of deliverables. The position involves direct client management with premier Korean clients, occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution. The role supports the Energy Group, focusing on battery energy storage, data centers, PV, and power generation projects, with increasing engagement from Korean companies in the energy and battery space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power.
- Korean fluency is required.
- Experience with MS Office programs.
- Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean.
Nice To Haves
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Registration as a P.E. is preferred.
- Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred.
