About The Position

EnTech Engineering, PC is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction management firm devoted to delivering best-in-class design and construction support services for infrastructure and facility projects that strengthen communities nationwide. Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us. EnTech is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to lead complex building projects from planning through construction. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from start to finish, with solid leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 15+ years of experience (or 10+ years with PE or RA license)
• Experience managing complex building projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with NYC public agencies (e.g., DDC)
• Knowledge of NYC codes, permitting, and regulations
• Experience with MEP coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, design, and construction delivery
• Manage teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Coordinate communication across all project parties
• Ensure successful delivery across various project types (institutional, healthcare, residential, etc.)
• Oversee building systems coordination, including MEP
• Identify risks and implement solutions throughout the project lifecycle
