Directly responsible for project success by managing client relations, achieving positive financial results, while carefully following company requirements and contractual obligations. Is ultimately responsible for all project management roles and responsibilities. The Sr. Project Manager is expected to demonstrate mastery of skills, role, and responsibility of the Project Manager position. Manage and deliver a project successfully from beginning to end, within budget, on schedule, meeting high quality standards, and to the client’s satisfaction. Possess solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Be proficient in all aspects of Procore. Perform with a high level of attention to detail and work in a team environment. Perform light physical activities such as frequently walking the jobsite and climbing stairs. Provide direct oversight and mentoring of the Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager assigned to the project (as applicable) and is directly responsible for successful performance of their duties. Work as the project needs dictate. As a salary-exempt associate primarily stationed at the jobsite office, working hours may fluctuate from week to week (including some work after hours, on weekends or during holidays). The salary is intended to compensate for all hours worked. The position is also intended as a training ground for individuals to gain the experience and knowledge required to become a Project Executive.
