About The Position

This position will support our client, a Cupertino-based technology firm, by managing a variety of tenant improvement, laboratory, and building infrastructure projects—particularly those requiring advanced input on mechanical and electrical systems or other specialized requirements. The role involves project scoping and overseeing due diligence efforts, acting as the primary coordinator and liaison between the client, stakeholders, architects, general contractors, engineers, building management, furniture and relocation vendors, as well as network and security teams. The individual will oversee document control, maintain project databases, and coordinate all project activities and communications to ensure successful delivery in alignment with the client's processes, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

• Experience managing tenant improvement, laboratory, and building infrastructure projects.
• Advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in project scoping and due diligence.
