About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee industrial manufacturing construction projects. This role involves managing complex projects from inception to completion, including financial oversight, team management, and collaboration with stakeholders. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, and requires a willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Recent experience working directly for a medium to large-sized commercial General Contractor.
• Strong Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing project financials.
• Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to prepare project budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
• Experience with construction means and methods.
• Strong understanding of construction project processes.
• Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when required by project needs.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate when project requirements dictate.
