About The Position

Lyzr is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex AI deployments on their enterprise AI agent infrastructure platform. This role involves driving the future of enterprise AI delivery, combining open-source flexibility with enterprise-grade security. The Senior Project Manager will work across enterprise stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to transform fragmented processes into autonomous, intelligent workflows. The position requires owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise agentic AI engagements, ensuring successful execution from kickoff through production rollout, and helping clients operationalize AI at scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional project management experience in enterprise software, AI/ML, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines.
• Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Notion, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and simplify technical discussions for business audiences.
• Comfortable managing scope, delivery risks, utilization, timelines, and change requests in enterprise engagements.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or the agentic AI landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise AI deployments from kickoff through production, ensuring successful execution across timelines, scope, and client expectations.
• Work closely with enterprise stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing agentic AI delivery plans and workflows.
• Partner with AI engineers, solution architects, product teams, and leadership to drive alignment and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project governance, RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, hypercare, and delivery reporting across enterprise engagements.
• Help organizations operationalize AI by managing deployments involving multi-agent workflows, automation systems, and enterprise AI integrations.
