Senior Project Manager (10+ Years)
About The Position
Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our Mechanical Engineering department in Seattle. This role will provide specific support to our Energy Group, focusing on large and exciting projects in battery energy storage, data centers, PV, and power generation. The position involves managing multi-discipline teams across different time zones, coordinating internal and external communication for deliverable development, and direct client management with premier Korean clients. Responsibilities include occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution within tight-knit, supportive teams that prioritize work-life balance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power required
- Korean fluency is required
- Experience with MS Office programs
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean
Nice To Haves
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Registration as a P.E. is preferred
- Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred
- Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
