About The Position

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our Mechanical Engineering department in Seattle. This role will provide specific support to our Energy Group, focusing on projects such as battery energy storage, data centers, PV, and power generation. The position involves managing multi-discipline teams across multiple time zones, coordinating internal and external communication, and direct client management with premier Korean clients. Responsibilities include occasional site visits, managing meetings, budgets, quality control, and engineering design execution. The role is part of tight-knit teams that support and mentor each other, with an emphasis on a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 10+ years in a technical field such as manufacturing, energy and power.
  • Korean fluency is required.
  • Experience with MS Office programs.
  • Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
  • Exceptional technical writing and communication skills in English and Korean.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management experience is preferred.
  • Registration as a P.E. is preferred.
  • Work with Korean engineering and/or OEM firms is preferred.

Responsibilities
