About The Position
Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join their group as a long-term member of their highly-respected team. The role involves working across varied project delivery approaches, managing projects through design and execution, and focusing on sustainable engineering solutions. The position is not eligible for sponsorship. The clients hire Coffman Engineers for exciting and challenging projects in the healthcare, laboratory, industrial, education, space, and energy markets. Requirements
- Bachelor’s in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Registration as a P.E. required
- Minimum 10+ years in the HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering field required
- Ability to lead a multidiscipline engineering team.
- Experience with MS Office programs
- Desire to work as a pro-active team player.
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- ASHRAE Certifications and active industry involvement preferred
- LEED, WELL, PMP, CEM, CDP, and DBIA Certifications preferred
- Energy modeling experience is a plus
