About The Position

A growing multifamily general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Tampa operation. This high-impact leadership role offers significant responsibility and may position a qualified candidate for advancement to a Project Executive-level role as the organization grows. The position is suited to a multifamily construction professional with strong project leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage large, complex projects from preconstruction through completion. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Requirements

Extensive construction project management experience, with the majority of the candidate’s career focused on multifamily construction.
Proven success managing large, complex multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion.
Strong command of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, change management, and overall project execution.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and mentor project managers, assistant project managers, and project staff.
Strong owner relationships, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
Potential to advance into a Project Executive-level position.
