About The Position

A growing multifamily general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Jacksonville operation. The role manages large-scale multifamily construction projects, with responsibility spanning preconstruction through closeout. The Senior Project Manager works collaboratively with project teams, Superintendents, APMs, subcontractors, owners, and design teams to deliver projects successfully. The position is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Requirements

Significant project management experience, with the majority of the candidate’s career focused on multifamily construction.
Proven success managing large, complex multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Strong knowledge of project financials, budgets, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, buyout, and change management.
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with project stakeholders.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
Track record of delivering projects successfully.
