About The Position

Huge is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Program Delivery team. As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the management and delivery of mid to large-scale interactive website design and development projects. As the key point of contact for both the client and the project team, you play a pivotal role in the success of an engagement.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects, from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
• Experience managing projects within established design systems, to ensure cross team collaboration.
• Ensure the project team meets each project's objectives and goals on time and on budget while championing the quality and integrity of the end result.
• Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs.
• Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential problems then proactively identify solutions to address them in advance.
• Identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
• Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
• Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and team members, escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels.
• Proactively identify opportunities, deliver improvements, and follow project management methodologies and processes.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in a project management or KANBAN tool such as Asana, JIRA or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects with creative, experience design, strategy and tech teams to produce amazing digital products.
• Focus on goals and solutions both large and small
• Become the focal point for delivery across a series of workstreams while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities
• Work closely with discipline leads and engage clients
• Be prepared to meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams.
• Be a client-facing project manager and build strong relationships.
• Communicate project statuses both internally and externally.
• Be prepared to meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of projects.
• Ensure all project timelines are built and communicated in order to meet expected launch dates for all projects.
