As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in Waterloo.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/software
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 2+ years in product development under structured project management
- PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK
- Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development
Responsibilities
- Plan and launch new product development projects
- Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites
- Track progress and report to senior management
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks
- Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met
- Support product deployment and early-life performance
- Conduct project-specific performance reviews
- Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements
- Prepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitions
