As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager in Waterloo.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 2+ years in product development under structured project management
  • PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development

Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch new product development projects
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites
  • Track progress and report to senior management
  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks
  • Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met
  • Support product deployment and early-life performance
  • Conduct project-specific performance reviews
  • Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements
  • Prepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitions
