Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Customer-focused mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, utility, EPC, or related industries

Nice To Haves

Structural steel experience
Utility or substation industry experience
Manufacturing or fabrication experience
Experience managing customer-facing projects
ERP software experience

Responsibilities

Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Serving as the primary customer contact
Leading project kickoff meetings and execution planning
Monitoring schedules, commitments, and project milestones
Identifying and resolving issues before they impact project performance
Coordinating with engineering, operations, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams
Managing project scope changes and customer requests
Maintaining strong customer relationships throughout project execution
Supporting project profitability and successful project closeout
Thinking proactively, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of project outcomes.
