About The Position

Glumac is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a mechanical or electrical engineering background to lead complex healthcare projects from concept through delivery in their Los Angeles office. This role involves guiding project financials, schedules, staffing, and day-to-day execution, while partnering closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is strongly preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or 10 years of similar experience
10+ years of relevant project management experience
Strong background in managing project financials, schedules, and staffing
Proven ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with clients and design teams
Ability to commute to the Los Angeles office with ease
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, primarily in the healthcare sector
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and financial performance
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams to drive project progress
Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Support backlog growth, revenue generation, and repeat business opportunities
Ensure adherence to quality control processes and project standards
Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and responsive leadership
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support business and team success
