This role is for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing various projects related to real estate and facilities, including work orders, redensifications, seat utilizations, re-sets, decommissions, inventory/assessments, and new furniture procurement. The individual will coordinate with internal JLL and Delta teams, designers, and program leads to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and will also be involved in inventory management and assessment reporting for sky clubs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly with regional team (internal JLL and Delta) to review outstanding work orders and active projects
  • Respond to client requests (acknowledging email received, even if resolution follows) within 24 hours
  • Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects including Redensifications, seat utilization, re-sets, decommissions and new furniture procurement
  • Manage, coordinate, and track the following Work Orders, in coordination with internal team members (see raci matrix for responsibility by role), within your region relating to: Reupholsteries that are not part of a one-off repair, Redensifications, Seat utilizations/re-sets, Decommissions, Inventory/Assessments, New projects (as required)
  • Manage full life cycle of work order for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions
  • Coordinate with JLL Designer for final design documentation for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions
  • Coordinate all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions
  • Issue project status reports following completion of field activities to DSC Regional PM and JLL Program Lead for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions
  • Manage close-out activities for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions
  • Conduct initial inventory/club intake for existing and future new clubs within your region for Inventory/Assessments
  • Offboard any decommissioned clubs and associated assets from our inventory based on asset status determination with DCS Team for Inventory/Assessments
  • Assess all sky clubs within your region after hours (2x/year for hubs and 1x/year for spokes) for Inventory/Assessments
  • Prepare and issue assessment report to Delta for review and approval, proactively noting items and products that should be replaced or repaired (copy Program Manager on each assessment submission) for Inventory/Assessments
  • Issue assessment drawing mark-ups to JLL Designer for as-built updates for Inventory/Assessments
  • Review yearly assessment schedule with Program Lead, on quarterly basis (at a minimum) for Inventory/Assessments
  • Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse and coordination of the deployment of assets to/from warehouse that affect other Project Managers and in coordination with the JLL Designer for Inventory/Assessments
  • Review scope and coordinate all work and all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work for all reupholsteries that are not one-off reupholsteries (greater than 5 pieces)
  • Manage reporting tools (decision/approval logs/project status reports/project minutes) for New projects (as required)
  • Receive final, approved bill of material from JLL designer or DCS Regional PM (varies depending on who is procuring) and process for order entry (if applicable) for New projects (as required)
  • Coordinate all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work for New projects (as required)
  • Manage close-out activities, including creating O&M package from furniture dealer, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and submitting to Delta for New projects (as required)
  • Ensure project is properly maintained and closed out in partnership with the JLL Designer and Project Coordinator for New projects (as required)
  • Work with the Program Manager if there are questions regarding their role and responsibility
