Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Miami, Florida. This role involves leading high-impact water and wastewater infrastructure projects, focusing on conveyance, treatment, and master planning. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 12 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects.
- P.E. license (or ability to obtain one in Florida within 6 months).
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution and collection systems.
- Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through completion.
- Build trusted relationships with municipal clients and guide them through every step of the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior staff and ensure technical excellence across the team.
- Develop scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents.
- Support strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy.
