Overview The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.

Requirements

10+ years of Project Management experience, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
PMP certification
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive results with minimal oversight
Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure and tight timelines
High attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Excel, Jira, and MS Project (or similar tools)
Familiarity with infrastructure environments (e.g., data center operations, AWS technologies, and related terminology)
Experience with project financial tracking and reporting

Responsibilities

Leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects concurrently (typically 3–5 initiatives) while ensuring strong coordination, communication, and execution across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Security, Sales, and Operations/IT.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, effectively managing competing priorities, and driving projects to successful completion.
Working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, and supporting initiatives with visibility to the CTO and executive team.
Proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment across teams to meet key business objectives.
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, managing dependencies, risks, and issues, and facilitating regular status updates and stakeholder communications.
Ensuring all required activities for product launches are completed on time.
Project financial tracking and reporting to senior management.
