The Senior Project Manager will oversee day-to-day contract administration and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholder communications, and closeout. The role ensures compliance with contractual terms, organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout project delivery. It involves reviewing contractor proposals, change orders, claims, and pay applications; maintaining accurate financial and progress reporting; coordinating project schedules and recovery plans; and ensuring team members are aligned with project milestones and critical-path tasks. The position requires thorough understanding of construction documentation and processes, including bidding, startup and closeout, contractual obligations, submittals, RFIs, change management, pay applications, and project reporting. The Senior Project Manager communicates project status and risks to clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; establishes project management policies and workflows; and leads and guides project staff. The role also provides technical direction to design firms, consultants, and contractors, and manages final deliverables, punch lists, payments, records, and resolution of remaining issues. This role is performed onsite at client and partner locations, with some in-person collaboration. Accenture states it will be as flexible as possible to support individual work/life needs.
