About The Position

V-Line Services LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support its Federal Construction Team. The role organizes and oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex federal construction projects, including projects for DOW, USACE, and NAVFAC. The Project Manager leads teams and coordinates field and office stakeholders to deliver projects safely, correctly, on schedule, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the federal construction space as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience overseeing complex commercial construction projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, MS Project, and other construction-specific software.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a construction-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, under budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining quality relationships with clients.
• Manage multiple project schedules and timelines to satisfy client needs.
• Serve as liaison and single point of contact, communicating effectively between clients and project teams in the field and office.
• Conduct forward-thinking risk assessments and recommend ways to minimize potential risks.
