We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of mission critical construction projects from pursuit through warranty. This is a leadership role for a strategic thinker who excels at business development, preconstruction, project execution, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10–15 years of commercial construction experience.
Strong experience managing complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction management technologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong financial, contractual, and operational decision-making capabilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
OSHA 10 Certification.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR/First Aid Certification.

Manage one large-scale or multiple small-to-medium commercial construction projects.
Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
Lead the budgeting and bidding process, including document review and bid-day activities.
Direct estimating and preconstruction teams while coordinating purchasing and operations.
Monitor project budgets, labor resources, schedules, quality, and overall project performance.
Review, negotiate, and execute owner change orders and subcontract agreements.
Supervise the development and maintenance of construction schedules.
Prepare and review monthly financial projections and project reporting.
Coordinate peer reviews and project performance audits.
Ensure projects meet or exceed expectations for profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement project-specific safety programs.
Collaborate with Superintendents and Safety personnel to ensure compliance with company and client safety requirements.
Participate in safety planning during preconstruction.
Promote a culture of safety across all project teams.
Conduct and oversee required project safety inspections.
Support incident investigations and continuous safety improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop project team members.
Support employee career growth and professional fulfillment.
Collaborate with operational leadership on staffing and workforce planning.
Resolve labor and project team challenges effectively.
Participate in internal leadership initiatives and special assignments.
