Responsible for the administration and execution of assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. This role often involves managing multiple projects or projects of larger contract amounts and/or complexity, ensuring work is performed with high standards of quality and integrity. The position requires establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Participation in business development, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation phases is also expected. This position includes two "steps" (I, II), which provide for a progression of skill and experience. The Step I level is capable of managing fairly large projects of $51 - $100 million in size with typically 10 - 15 years of experience. The Step II level is capable of managing large projects of a complex nature and/or multiple projects totaling $101 - $199 million and typically with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
