About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation Practice in either our Edison, NJ, Exton, PA, or Philadelphia, PA, reporting to the Practice Lead, to support the delivery of projects with a particular focus on Roads, Bridges, and Tolls. Your role involves leading the project team in executing all phases of the project lifecycle, independently developing and managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and developing and implementing comprehensive Project Management Plans. You will manage all financial aspects of the project, approve subconsultant and vendor invoices, and proactively identify and manage budget variances, communicating financial performance to senior management. The role also includes serving as the primary point of contact for the client, leading contract negotiations, and representing the firm and client at public hearings and regulatory meetings. Furthermore, you will lead and direct multi-disciplinary project teams, mentor Project Managers and Associate PMs, identify new business opportunities, and participate in proposals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 10+ years professional experience
  • 5-8 years of direct project management experience

Responsibilities
