About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Wholesale team who excels at collaboration, bringing order to chaos, and strategizing goals from start to finish. This role involves spearheading major initiatives, strategically problem-solving, and creating communication frameworks. The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys working on multiple projects with cross-functional departments, and is adept at holding leadership accountable. This role is focused on managing B2B Wholesale programs.

Requirements

5+ years proven project management experience within a high-growth wholesale or commercial sales function.
Project management software experience is a must, with the ability to build complex systems and automate workflows with ease.
Experience with ERP (We use NetSuite!), and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce is a MUST.
Is excited to solve complex problems, spearhead department & cross-department initiatives, and effectively build systems.
Enthusiastically approaches opportunities to work with various teams.
Has a proven ability to think strategically, focus on long-term goals and objectives, and build solid communication plans to clearly communicate to stakeholders.
Is experienced in collaborating with company leadership and adapting to various stakeholder styles and needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Senior Project Manager for our Wholesale team focusing on our B2B Wholesale Business.
Act as the force multiplier for our Wholesale Leadership by promoting accountability amongst key stakeholders and proactively providing support to achieve big-picture goals & objectives.
Act as the strategic glue between Sales, Product, Marketing, Creative and Operations, driving the annual sales planning process and development programs.
Focus on long-term planning by spearheading major initiatives between the cross-functional teams.
Take over project maps to ensure initiatives are set up for success with actionable milestones and clear communication plans for stakeholders.
Create and present executive briefs to effectively and succinctly communicate important information to department leadership.
Become the Asana conduit for our Wholesale team, being the eyes and ears in the software to report on important status updates as needed.
Identify the need for and efficiently run working sessions to brainstorm, ideate, and align on solutions to strategically solve problems, increase efficiencies through systems/processes, and improve transparency.
Proactively identify problems and bring solutions to the table.
Develop and improve cross-department workflows/processes (we call them blueprints!) to streamline workflow between various stakeholders.
Utilize AI to automate repetitive tasks, summarize data, accelerate reporting, and embed AI into sales operations workflows.
Streamline B2B Wholesale initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
